They also begin to leak really soon after being inserted, so a panti-liner is pretty much a must. The only problem I really have with it other than it not lasting 4 days, is that it sometimes comes out in pieces instead of slowly dissolving. Overall it's a good product though, because nothing else I've tried has helped me even tolerate intercourse after childbirth like these do.
