Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Stylish But Hardly Works At All Comment: I bought this shaver approximately 6 months ago. From day 1 the razor performed badly. It is very, very slow to cut on 1 day growth (for me) and virtually doesn't work at all on 2 or 3 day growth. My facial hair is not that hard to cut either. I have replaced the blades a number of times - they are expensive - with no improvement. The trimmer is a joke and also hardly works. I just bought a Panasonic ES8043SC Pro-Curve razor as a replacement - it works great - I am on my way to trash can after writing this review to dump the Philips razor - an expensive waste of money. He is pleased with its performance, but does not believe it lives up to the advertising claims and the package was a real challenge to get into.
