I keep them in the car for emergency snacks, they sometimes eat them for breakfast and even I sneak one now and then. They are really good! And for the adults, it's a lower calorie snack that's nutritious and perfect for (for instance) that "lull" between working out after work, and dinner. If the kids don't like them, get better kids. The ZBars seem sweeter than other Clif Bar products I tend to buy, so it's more of a dessert treat for me. I regularly buy the Honey Graham & Peanut butter varieties -- great with a banana. Did not care for Chocolate Brownie which tasted more bitter than chocolately to me. My local grocery store sells these for 69 cents, which is a deal on these relatively healthy snacks. They make a great breakfast on the go, a mid-morning snack, and taste great with that afternoon cup of coffee. My kids love them, and the variety pack ensures that you won't get tired of the same flavor. (My favorite is the chocolate brownie, and my son likes peanut butter best. It all works out.) They are relatively low in calories and have nutritional value. While on vacation, I kept these in my purse for snacks on the go. The Zbars kept us going!
